This par 71, 18 hole championship course is set within Cap Estate East Development. It is 6829 yards of sprawling green slopes, dotted with attractive ponds, swaying palms and ancient tropical trees. It is challenging yet extremely aesthetic.

ONE MANS VISION
The late Dennis F. Nardoni, then President and CEO of Cap Estate St. Lucia Ltd. and major investor on St. Lucia was the man with the Vision. His business interests and investment holdings were diverse and involved real estate developments, high end condominium developments, as well as hotels and restaurants throughout Illinois, Florida and the Caribbean.
In the late nineties, Dennis; a keen golfer, saw Cap Estate in its entirety and immediately decided that this area and St. Lucia were to play a major role in his future. He knew that with the right investment and development he could bring success to this area and create a lasting legacy.
