With the introduction of internet banking, lower bank fees and email capabilities, Realty St. Lucia does not charge you for postage or monthly statements as we strive to be an environmentally conscious, paperless office.

Rental Fees

Realty St.  Lucia charges a rental fee for placing new tenants into your property when it becomes vacant. We charge one month’s rent to help cover the cost of premium advertising and marketing which attracts the best possible tenants and rental price for your property.
