- Statutory Declaration (Part 5b) for Directors of company investors.
- Statutory Declaration (Third Schedule)
- 4 passport size photographs (one copy certified as a true likeness of the individual). One (1) original set of fingerprints
- 1 Bankers Reference – to say that the customer conducts his business at the bank in a satisfactory manner.
- 2 Personal References
- Certified copy of Applicant’s Passport
- Police Certificate of Character from Country of Origin or residence
- Schedule of property being purchased
