Institute of Surveyors opens secretariat at L’Anse Road
After 19 years of existence the Institute of Surveyors [St. Lucia] Ltd has its very own Secretariat.
It’s located in the St. Lucia Seamen Waterfront and General Workers Trade Union Building at L’Anse Road Castries.
A ceremony was held to celebrate the formal opening of the Secretariat. It was addressed by Stephenson King, the Minister for Infrastructure, Ports, Transport, Physical Development and Urban Renewal.
The occasion was also used to recognize members for their contributions to the organization, especially those who have provided at least 20 years of service to the profession and has been in good standing for over 10 years.
Among the awardees are Clive Hippolyte, Celsius Baptiste, Ted Theobalds, Andre Mathurin, Margaret-Anne Charles, Winsbert Felix and Rufinus
Baptiste.
Also recognized were the honorary members among them Lynn Holstein, Ronald Gardner, Thomas James, Brad Paul, and Lester Martyr.
