St. Lucia Jazz's three-year wait is ended

St. Lucia Jazz ‘s three-year wait is ended after a three-year break brought on by the Covid-19 epidemic, Sting, the former lead man for the Police, is one among the performers for Saint Lucia Jazz’s comeback.

The statement was made when the Saint Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival announced the lineup for the 30-year-old musical extravaganza in May 2023.

Shaggy, Buju Banton, Shenseea, and soca artists Kes the Band, Bunji Garlin, and Fay Ann Lyons are some of the festival’s additional headliners.

Rema, Ckay, Ayra Starr, and Kizz Daniel will all have strong afrobeat presences at the event. Gustavo Casenave, a Latin pianist from Uruguay, will also play.

Luther Francois, Ronald “Boo” Hinkson, Barbara Cadet, Teddyson John, Michael Robinson, and Kayo and Friends will serve as the festival’s ambassadors for St. Lucia.

As part of a genuinely national celebration of the return of the island’s legendary music spectacular, the Jazz and Arts Festival will also include activities from other parts of the island.
