Do you need copy of a Land Registry document?
Go to the Land Registry Section at the Water Front in Castries. It is the first government building located next to the Castries car park. The office is the first door on you left when entering the building. There’s normally a sign on the glass door.
Processing Time: Same day service. If you there early you should be out in about 15 minutes.
Fee: EC$10.00 all instruments; EC$10.00 per land register
Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Process: Clients should visit the department to apply for and receive a coy of the land registry document and deed of sale.
