Certificate Of Eligibility For Alien Land Holding License

An alien shall make an application to the Board for a certificate of eligibility to be eligible to apply for an alien landholding license to purchase, acquire, lease land or continue to hold land in St Lucia Caribbena. The certificate may be issued for the duration of one (1) year or ten (10) years.
